Earlier this week, we faced a potential major plumbing problem at our house- all my fault! I knew we needed to call a plumber since it wasn't something we could fix ourselves. Remembering a friend had used a small company earlier in the year and had a great experience, I decided to contact them. Wow! This father-son team exceeded my expectations! They responded quickly, were kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. They arrived, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem within 10 minutes- without judging me for my stupid mistake. They didn't try to sell unnecessary services, and their costs were very affordable! If you're searching for a dependable and honest plumber, keep this company in mind. I can’t say enough about Jeremy and Kevin, they are absolutely amazing. After calling several of the larger plumbing companies to get ridiculous ridiculously high quotes a friend suggested this company, I will never use another. They are nothing fancy but it’s the best customer service and work I’ve ever received from a contractor. We used them to line an old clay sewer and completely replace the plumbing under a 1954 home that belonged to my grandmother. They were there on time, explained everything so I could understand the work that needed done, they checked back in to make sure we were happy! We then used them at our house and have multiple friends that love them too. If I could give them more stars I would!!! They should come in at the top of Googles list of plumbers!!!
